    All charters include captain + first mate, rods, reels, bait, tackle, bottled drinks, fresh ceviche from the catch, life jackets, and snorkeling gear.

    Can we keep the fish we catch?

    Yes. You are welcome to keep the fish allowed under local regulations. Our crew can fillet portions for you or prepare fresh ceviche after your catch.

    How early should we arrive before departure?

    Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled trip to check in and board comfortably.

    What happens if the weather is bad?

    If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule or provide a full refund—whichever you prefer. Safety is our top priority.

    How do I secure my booking?

    Simply fill out our booking form with your trip duration, date, and contact details. We will confirm availability and send you final booking details.

    Do I need fishing experience to join the trip?

    No experience is required. Our crew guides you through everything—from setup to landing your catch—making it great for beginners and experts.

    What should I bring on the trip?

    We recommend sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a towel, comfortable clothing, and a waterproof phone pouch, alongside any snacks and alcoholic drinks of your preference. We provide everything else.

    Is the trip safe for children and families?

    Absolutely. We provide life jackets for all ages, and families with kids are very welcome. Our crew makes sure everyone feels safe and comfortable.

    Do you offer transportation to the marina?

    Yes, we can arrange optional one-way or round-trip transportation from Tulum and Playa del Carmen to our marina. Our private van will pick you up from your location and bring you directly to the marina. Our quotes for transportation typically range from $80–$120 USD for round trip, depending on where you’re staying.
    Please note: transportation is not included in the charter price.

    What time do the trips usually depart?

    Our departure times depend on the charter you choose. Morning trips typically leave between 7:00–8:00 AM, while afternoon trips depart around 12:00–1:00 PM. We’ll confirm your exact time when you book your trip.
